This thesis is a study on the relationship between the violence experience of nurses working in hospitals and turnover intention. The purpose of the study is to investigate the effect of mediation and the moderator by the resilience under the condition of between the violence experience of nurses working in hospitals and turnover intention. The questioners of the study were about 300 hospital nurses in a general hospital, Gyeonggi-do Province and two general hospitals, Gangwon-do Province in South Korea as full time nurses who are at least over 1 year experience under the each hospital. The questionnaires were composed of demographic characteristics, WPVB for violence experience, turnover intention, and CD-RISC Korean version for resilience, so on. The collected data were analyzed by using IBM SPSS version 25.0. To verify the mediation effect and the moderator effect of resilience between violence experience and turnover intention, the data was analyzed by controlling demographic characteristics to find the function and by using PROCESS macro like a indirectly effect. The result of the analysis might be controlled by demographic characteristics, and focused on analyzing the effect of mediating and the modulating by the resilience. As a result, it was found that the resilience partially mediated the relationship of violence experience by bullying, work criticizing, personality blaming, and being aggressive behaviors in the hospital and turnover intention. However, the resilience was not a significant effect on the relationship of violence experience and turnover intention. Therefore, the result of this study suggests that it can be necessary for the people who are in the hospital including medical staff to develop enhancement programs and professional training on the resilience to reduce the turnover intention by the violence experience for the further study.-
