| dc.description.abstract | 본 발명은 시스테인 류코트리엔 수용체(cysteinyl leukotriene receptor)를 다운 조절함으로써 와우(및 전정) 모세포 및 나선 신경절 신경원의 손상이나 변성을 예방 및/또는 치료하는 효과를 갖는 화합물을 제공한다. 특히, 본 발명은 시스테인 류코트리엔 수용체(cysteinyl leukotriene receptor)과 더불어 은행잎 추출물의 병용투여가 청력 보호효과가 뛰어남을 바탕으로, 시스테인 류코트리엔 수용체(cysteinyl leukotriene receptor)및 은행잎 추출물을 유효성분으로 포함하는 감각신경성 난청의 예방 또는 치료용 조성물을 제공한다. | - |
