- Abstract
- 본 발명은 히스톤 Ｈ2Ａ 및/또는 Ｈ2Ｂ에 대한 인간 모노클로날 자가항체 또는 그 단편에 관한 것으로, 보다 구체적으로는 파지 디스플레이를 이용하여 SLE 환자의 PBL (peripheral blood leukocytes)로부터 분리된 히스톤 H2A 및/또는 H2B에 특이적인 인간 항히스톤 mAb 및 그 단편에 관한 것이다.
본 발명에 따른 항체 또는 그 단편은 SLE 환자의 PBL로부터 유래된 히스톤 H2A 및 H2B에 특이적인 중쇄 가변영역 및 경쇄 가변영역을 함유하므로 인간의 SLE를 비롯한 자가면역질환의 치료에 유용하다.
