- Abstract
- 본 발명은 근원세포 (myoblasts)의 사멸을 억제하는 합성된 헥사펩타이드들에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 펩타이드들은 누적된 산화스트레스에 의해 근육조직이 사멸함으로써 발병하는 근위축증(muscular dystrophy)의 증상완화 또는 발병의 지연을 목적으로 개발된 헥사 펩타이드들이다.
