- 본 발명은 지실 (Poncirus trifoliata Rafin) 추출물 및 약제학적으로 허용가능한 담체를 포함하는 골다공증 예방 또는 치료용 약학 조성물을 제공한다. 상기 지실 추출물은 조골세포의 증식뿐만 아니라 조골세포의 분화를 유도하고 파골세포의 분화를 억제함으로써 뼈 형성 및 유지를 증가시켜, 골다공증의 예방 및 치료 효능을 가진다.
