- 본 발명은 당뇨합병증을 예방 또는 치료하는 조성물에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 해양 미생물 대사체를 유효성분으로 하는 당뇨합병증을 예방 또는 치료하는 조성물에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 해양 미생물 대사체는 지방독성에 의한 혈관내피세포 사멸 및 염증반응 억제에 탁월한 효능을 나타내어 당뇨합병증의 대표적인 인 동맥경화증을 억제하는데 효과가 있음을 확인하였다.
