Abstract: 본 발명은, EMR 데이터베이스로부터 시술이 실시된 환자를 선택하는 단계; 시술이 최초로 실시된 최초 시술 시점을 확인하는 단계; 최초 시술 시점을 기준으로, 시술전 대표값(PreLab) 및 시술후 대표값(PostLab)을 결정하는 단계; 및 통계 검증을 통해 시술의 부작용 여부를 결정하는 단계를 포함하는, 전자 의무 기록을 이용한 시술 부작용 감지 방법에 관한 것이다.
