- 본 발명은 지에이디디45감마 (GADD45γ) 억제제를 유효성분으로 포함하는 염증성 질환의 예방 또는 치료용 조성물에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 지에이디디45감마 (GADD45γ) 억제제는 TNF-α (tumor necrosis factor-alpha) 및 인터루킨-6 (interleukin-6, IL-6)의 생성을 조절하여 염증을 억제하는 우수한 효과를 가지고 있어, 염증성 질환의 치료제로 유용하게 이용할 수 있다.
