- 본 발명은 사포그릴레이트 또는 그의 약제학적으로 허용되는 염을 유효성분으로 함유하는 감각신경성 난청을 예방, 개선 또는 치료하기 위한 약학 조성물에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 사포그릴레이트는 청각세포 사멸의 억제 및 청각세포 내 항산화 효소의 발현 증가 등을 통해 소음에 의해 유발되는 난청을 보호하므로, 감각신경성 난청의 예방 및 개선에 유용하게 이용될 수 있다.
