| dc.description.abstract | 본 발명은 신경섬유육종 예방 또는 치료용 항암제 조성물에 관한 것으로, 본 발명에 따르면, 제1형 신경섬유종증의 악성종양인 신경섬유육종에 본 발명의 3가지 항암제 조합인 ICE(이소파마이드, 에토포시드, 카보플라틴), CVM(시스플라틴, 빈블라스틴, 메토트렉세이트) 또는 CG(시스플라틴, 젬시타빈)의 처리 시, 신경섬유육종의 세포 증식이 억제되고, 세포 사멸을 증가되는 것을 확인한 바, 본 발명의 항암제 조합은 정상 세포에 부작용이 적으면서 신경섬유육종에 대해 우수한 치료 효과를 나타내는 최적의 항암제 조성물로 활용될 수 있다. | - |
