| dc.description.abstract | 본 발명은 위암의 림프절 전이를 예측하기 위한 miRNA 마커에 관한 것으로, 더욱 자세하게는 점막내 조기위암에서 miRNA 발현 프로파일을 이용하여 림프절 전이를 예측하는 것에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 miRNA 바이오마커의 발현을 이용한 림프절 전이 예측은 조기위암 환자에 내시경적 점막하층 박리술을 시행하기 전에 적용함으로써 위암의 조기 치료 성적을 더욱 높일 수 있으며, 위암 수술의 범위나 방법 등을 보다 명확히 설정할 수 있으므로, 임상 적용에 매우 유용하다. | - |
