- 본 발명은 망막 고반사점 형성 억제제를 유효성분으로 포함하는 당뇨병성 황반부종 치료용 조성물에 관한 것으로, 더욱 자세하게는 당뇨병성 황반부종에서 고반사점(hyperreflective foci) 형성을 억제할 수 있는 억제제를 유효성분으로 함유하는 당뇨병성 황반부종 치료용 조성물에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따르면, 당뇨병성 망막증에서 발생하는 당뇨병성 황반부종을 이미 승인되어 임상사용 가능한 이상지질혈증 억제제들을 이용하여 효과적으로 치료가능하다.
