본 발명은 동물의 연골 유래 세포외기질 막의 접착력 조절 방법 및 이를 이용하여 접착력이 조절된 동물의 연골 유래 세포외기질 막에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 방사선이 조사된 동물 연골 유래 세포외기질 막의 적어도 일부에 과산화수소 수용액을 적용하는 단계를 포함하는, 동물의 연골 유래 세포외기질 막의 접착력 조절 방법; 및 상기 본 발명의 방법에 의해 접착력이 조절된 동물의 연골 유래 세포외기질 막에 관한 것이다.
