- Abstract
- 본 발명은 간세포암종 특이 MLH1 유전자에 대한 순환 종양 DNA 변이 검출 용도에 관한 것으로서, 본 발명은 조직검사 및 영상촬영 기술을 사용하지 않고 비침습적 생물학적 시료인 환자의 혈액을 이용해 간편하고, 효과적이며, 예후 예측이 가능한 간세포암종 변이 (somatic mutation)를 확인할 수 있는 조성물을 제공한다.
