Abstract: 본 발명은 네비라핀, 이의 염 또는 용매화물 및 약학적으로 허용가능한 담체를 포함하는, 시누클레인병증(synucleinopathy) 예방 또는 치료용 조성물에 관한 것으로, 본 발명에 따른 조성물은 세포 간 알파-시누클레인 이동을 저해하고, 세포 내 알파-시누클레인의 응집을 방지하고, 응집된 알파-시누클레인의 전이를 억제하므로, 파킨슨병, 루이소체 치매 및 다계통 위축증과 같은 시누클레인병증을 예방 또는 치료하는 데 유용하다.
