| dc.description.abstract | 본 발명은 장내 미생물 또는 이의 미생물 유래 세포 밖 소포체를 유효성분으로 함유하는 중증 알코올성 간염 치료 반응성 예측용 바이오마커 조성물 및 이를 이용한 치료 반응성 예측을 위한 정보를 제공하는 방법에 관한 것으로, 리팍시민 투여 전과 비교하여 리팍시민 투여된 중증 알코올성 간염 환자군으로 부터 분리된 시료에서 수준 변화나 나타나는 미생물군 및 상기 미생물군 유래 세포 밖 소포체를 확인함에 따라, 상기 수준 변화가 확인된 미생물군 및 상기 미생물군 유래 세포 밖 소포체를 중증 알코올성 간염 환자의 약물투여 후 치료 반응성 예측용 바이오마커 조성물로 제공하여 약물 치료에 따른 환자의 중증 알코올성 간염 치료 효과를 예측하기 위한 정보를 제공하는 방법에 사용할 수 있다. | - |
