| dc.description.abstract | Penile strangulation developed by wearing metallic or non-metallic objects is unusual but potentially serious. We report a case of 33-year-old man who presented with penile strangulation after applying the device for self-circumcision. The device was removed and after debridement of the infected necrotic tissues and antibiotic therapy, conventional circumcision was performed.
