Urethral hemangiomas are rare benign lesions that may cause hematuria or bloody urethral discharge. These lesions tend to recur if the surgical excision is inadequate. A urethral hemangioma was found in a 42-year-old female complaining of hematuria at first voiding after sexual intercourse. Transurethral resection of the tumor was performed. She remains asymptomatic for 3 months after surgery.
