- Abstract
- 진행된 간세포암종 환자에서 효과적인 전신 항암치료제는 현재까지 보고되지 않았다. 최근 진행된 간세포암종 환자를 대상으로 한 2상 연구에서 VEGF 수용체, PDGF 수용체와 Raf를 모두 억제하는 multi-kinase 억제 효과를 가진경구용 약물인 sorafenib이 간세포암종의 치료에 효과적임이 보고되었다.
