dc.description.abstract | Primary retroperitoneal teratomas are uncommon neoplasms that tend to occur in early childhood but are rarely seen in adults. Due to their location, they are usually identified only after they have grown to a huge size. Surgical resection is the mainstay of treatment. Herein, we report the case of a 69-year-old woman with huge primary retroperitoneal teratoma that was successfully treated by surgical excision. | - |
