Chronic dislocation of temporomandibular joint is usually treated with conservative approaches. When conservative therapy has not led to resolution of the problem, surgical approach is applicated. But, surgical approach is invasive, involving open arthrostomy with possible complications, and cannot safely guarantee a successful ooutcome.

Autologous blood injection is one of the treatments for recurrent temporomandibular joint dislocation. It is simple, safe, not invasive. Here, we present the management of recurrent temporomandibular joint dislocation by autologous blood injection in an 66-year-old female. After treatment, dislocation was improved and the patient felt more comfortable.
