- 본 발명은 순환기 질환의 예방 또는 치료용 조성물에 관한 것으로서, 보다 상세하게는 누트카톤을 유효성분으로 함유하는 혈소판 응집과 관련된 순환기 질환의 예방 또는 치료용 조성물에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 조성물은 혈소판의 응집을 억제함으로서 동맥경화증의 주요 합병증인 혈전 형성을 방지하여 심혈관 기능을 개선할 수 있으므로, 동맥경화증을 포함하는 다양한 순환기 질환의 예방 또는 치료에 유용하게 사용될 수 있다.
